Presenter information

  • The call for papers is closed. The conference program is available here
  • All presenting authors are required to register and pay for the conference.
  • The main language of the conference is English.
  • Best Paper and Best Poster awards will be awarded at the end of the day.

 

  • Please make sure that your presentation is available in the room before the start of the session:
    • Morning sessions: please upload your slides before the opening session (before 10:00).
    • Afternoon (13:15-15:00) sessions: please upload your slides in the last 15 min. of the lunch break (13:00-13:15).
    • Afternoon (15:30-16:15) sessions: please upload your slides in the last 15 min. of the coffee break (15:15-15:30).
  • See below for additional information per presentation type.
  • Orals will be 12 minutes + 3 minutes discussion.
  • A Windows laptop and a beamer (ratio 16:9) will be available.
  • Please make sure that your slides are on the laptop in the right room at the time indicated above. Student volunteers will be in the room to assist you in transferring the slides to the laptop or to test the connection with the beamer.
  • Workshops will be 45 minutes.
  • A Windows laptop and a beamer (ratio 16:9) will be available.
  • The room will be in a cabaret (half round table) setup.
  • Please make sure that your slides are on the laptop in the right room at the time indicated above. Student volunteers will be in the room to assist you in transferring the slides to the laptop or to test the connection with the beamer.
  • Symposia will be 45 minutes.
  • A Windows laptop and a beamer (ratio 16:9) will be available.
  • Please make sure that your slides are on the laptop in the right room at the time indicated above. Student volunteers will be in the room to assist you in transferring the slides to the laptop or to test the connection with the beamer.
  • Demo presentations are scheduled during the lunch break. We expect you to be next to your demo during this period, but don’t forget to get something to eat!
  • You can setup your demo between 09:30 and 10:00.
  • We will provide a standing table and a socket and student volunteers will be available to assist you in setting up your demo.
  • Demos can remain in place till the closure of the conference.
  • Poster presentations are scheduled during the lunch break. We expect you to be next to your poster during this period, but don’t forget to get something to eat!
  • Posters should be formatted and printed in A0.
  • You can setup your poster between 09:30 and 10:00.
  • We will provide pushpins and student volunteers will be available to assist you in setting up your poster.
  • Posters can remain in place till the closure of the conference.
